Ordering Online
Ordering online can be done at any time during the day or night.  If you have any trouble please contact Customer Service at 817-428-5270.  Our hours of operation are from 10:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. cst.

Ordering by Phone
Orders can be placed by phone during our business hour by calling 817-428-5270.  If after business hours please leave a message and customer service will return your call as soon as possible to take your order. 

Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment by personal check is subject to clear before shipment.


Shipping Policies

Shipping and handling are based upon the weight of the packages shipped.   Ground UPS and FedEx are the carriers we use for delivery.   

Customer who prefer special delivery please call us at 817-428-5270.  We will expedite shipments at customer's expense. UPS and FedEx are the carriers we use for delivery.  We will do our best to make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location. You should receive your package within 3 weeks.  Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday.  

We only deliver in the Continental U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii shipping times could vary).


Return Policies 
by Lana is dedicated to customer satisfaction, however we do not accept any refunds or exchanges.

Damaged Packages
If your package is damaged in any way please contact call or contact us at  immediately.  

Custom Orders:

Lana can personally design any item with a picture or artwork of your own dog. Once she receives your artwork, Lana will supply a proof of the graphic for your approval before proceeding with your order
