About Us

She began her career in one of the largest showrooms at the Dallas World Trade Center. She brings with her 26 years of retail buying experience taking her all over the Far East and Europe for the world's finest treasures. Known for her extraordinary taste and use of color, she has combined her artistic talents and her love for dogs for her new exciting apparel line, by Lana.
Her goal is to bring beautiful clothing and accessories to customers looking for something different in dog breed merchandise. Lana has professionally shown Scottish Terriers since 1984. She has recently changed breeds to Wire Fox Terriers.
She currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her family of Scotties and Wire Fox Terriers. |

How did by Lana start?
Tired of the same dog breed merchandise, Lana started making tops and jackets embellished with Swarovski crystals for herself. While attending shows or just being around the fellow dog lovers, everyone wanted to know where she got her things. The reaction was so great she began by Lana.
Now Lana brings her on-line store for everyone to shop.
Lana can't do it all. She owes so much to her "better half", Jerry Eckenroth. Without Jerry, there would be no by Lana. You can meet Jerry at most of our shows. He handles all our customers who write or call in. He is also the person that gets the deliveries in the mail. There is a little secret...most of the ladies seem to have a great fondness for his charming ways!
